corner of Barnes Road and Old Hickory Boulevard in Cane Ridge. The property was acquired by Columbia Gas Company who has said the proposed station would occupy about 6-10 acres of the 70-acre property.

Bedne has stated that the industrial use of the property will require rezoning, to which he is opposed.
