The Antioch housing market took a slight dip during the holidays, though given it was the holiday season, the dip might be expected.
According to trulia.com, the average list price in Antioch dropped $2,305 to 163,378, a decline of 1.4 percent from the previous week.
However, compared to the same period last year, media sales prices are up by $12,900, or 9.4 percent, year over year. The median sales price for the final quarter of 2015 was $149,900.
There were 260 sales during the fourth quarter according to Trulia, which is down 19.5 percent from last year, at an average price of $94 per square foot.
The site currently lists 140 homes for sale.
Zillow.com currently lists 161 homes for sale in 37013 and also lists another 267 as potential listings, which means they are likely in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure.
Site Movoto.com did not list current information. However, as of one month ago, they stated the median list price was $176,875 with 294 homes on the market. The media house size was 1,750 square feet.
Realtor.com listed 294 homes for sale in the 37013 zip code.
