The Antioch housing market is rebounding after some minor dips over the holiday season.

According to trulia.com, the average list price in Antioch increased by $4,174, or 2.6 percent to $169,760 for the week ending January 6.

Median sales prices are up over the same period last year by $13,000, or 9.5 percent. The median sales price for the quarter running October 2015 through January 2016 is $150,000. This number is based on 233 home sales, according to Trulia.

The site currently lists 143 homes for sale at an average price of $94 per square foot.

Zillow.com currently lists 12 home for sale in a search for 37013. This would indicate a possible glitch in their search at the moment.

Site Movoto.com did not list current market information, except that their search revealed 78 Antioch listings on their site. However, as of one month ago, they stated the median list price was $176,875 with 294 homes on the market. The media house size was 1,750 square feet.

Realtor.com listed 317 homes for sale in the 37013 zip code at an average price of $170,000, or $94 per square foot.
