Easter events starting this weekend in Antioch

easter (640x481)As Easter starts to approach, there are a number of events in which your family may participate.

This weekend, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Lighthouse Christian Fellowship will hold a Community Easter Event which will include the Road to Resurrection, games, food, fun, an Easter Egg Hunt and more. It will be at 5100 Blue Hole Road, Antioch, TN 37013.

Also Saturday at 10 a.m., Priest Lake Presbyterian Church will hold a Community Easter Egg Hunt for all ages. It free and the Easter Bunny will be on hand. The church is located at 2787 Smith Springs Road.

On Saturday March 26, starting at 10 a.m., there will be the Southeast Nashville Easter Egg Hunt, held at the Southeast Park, next to the Ford Ice Center, at 5260 Hickory Hollow Parkway. There will be Easter Egg Hunts, inflatables, character parades, food, vendors, a puppet show, special prizes and much more.

Lakeshore Christian Church will be having a variety of activities on March 27, Easter Day, starting at 10 a.m. These include a special service and Egg Hunts for all children. This special day will be held in the football stadium of Ezell-Harding Christian School, 574 Bell Road, rather than at the church.

Christ Church Nashville will have several Easter Sunday activities on March 27. At 6:30 a.m. there will be a Sunrise Easter Service followed by an early service at 8:30 a.m. An Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10 a.m. followed by another Easter Service at 11 a.m.
