Areas of Antioch focus of undercover detectives

Undercover detectives in the South and Hermitage precincts were at it again, charging 25 people of various crimes as a result of their investigations.

The South Precinct charged 10 people after investigations along Bell Road, Paragon Mills Road, Rice Road, and Claybrook Lane. Seizures included approximately 2.2 ounces of methamphetamine and 17 grams of marijuana.

Hermitage Precinct detectives arrested 15 people stemming from investigations on Bell Road, Stewarts Ferry Pike, Elm Hill Pike, Spence Lane, and Timber Way. They seized  23 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of marijuana, 6.2 grams of heroin, one vehicle, one gun, and $ 1,443 cash.

Elsewhere in Nashville:
Midtown Hills Precinct detectives charged 4 persons as the result of investigations on Nolensville Pike, Edmondson Pike, Old Hickory Boulevard, and Trousdale Lane. Seized were 42 pills, 142 grams of marijuana, and $3,202 cash.

West Precinct detectives charged 14 persons as the result of investigations on Davidson Street, Colt Drive, Cabot Drive, Old Hickory Boulevard, White Bridge Road, and River Road. Seized were one gram of cocaine, 19 grams of marijuana, 4.6 grams of marijuana wax, eight pills, two grams of heroin, one pistol, and $763 cash.

North Precinct detectives charged 10 persons as the result of investigations on Buchanan Street, Rosa L. Parks Boulevard, West Trinity Lane, and Brick Church Pike.  Seized were two grams of cocaine and $361 cash.

Madison Precinct detectives charged 15 persons as the result of investigations on Cabin Hill Road, Doverside Drive, Dickerson Pike, Ewing Drive, and Dupont Avenue. Seized were 31 grams of marijuana, 15 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 45 Xanax pills, one gun, and $535 cash.

East Precinct detectives charged 15 persons as the result of investigations on Dickerson Pike, Trinity Lane, Gallatin Pike, Grace Street, and Cleveland Street.  Seized were five grams of marijuana, .5 gram of cocaine, .5 gram of heroin, and seven pills.

Central Precinct detectives charged 13 persons as the result of investigations on Drexel Street, Middleton Street, Lafayette Street, and 7th Avenue South.  Seized were four grams of marijuana and 11.5 Xanax pills.
