Metro’s undercover detectives were hard at work last week, investigating throughout the city, including the Antioch area. Antioch is covered by the South and Hermitage precincts.
In the South Precinct, which includes Antioch, detectives charged 13 people as the result of investigations on Wallace Road, Metroplex Boulevard, Bell Road, and Largo Drive. Seized were .5 gram of cocaine, one gram of heroin, three grams of marijuana, one vehicle, and $1,425 cash.
Hermitage Precinct detectives charged 20 persons as the result of investigations on Lebanon Pike, Crestwood Drive, and Stewart’s Ferry Pike. Seized were 15.5 grams of cocaine, 154.5 grams of marijuana, 5.9 grams of heroin, nine pills, one gun and $7,147 cash.
Midtown Hills Precinct detectives charged 13 persons as the result of investigations on Edmonson Pike, Edgehill Avenue, Hillside Avenue, and Thompson Lane. Seized were 12 grams of marijuana, .1 gram of cocaine, and one gun.
West Precinct detectives charged 17 persons as the result of investigations on Sonya Drive, Charlotte Avenue, and Tusculum Road. Seized were 5.1 pounds of marijuana, 32 pills, three guns, and $97,820 cash.
North Precinct detectives charged 14 persons as the result of investigations on 17th Avenue North, Alameda Street, Cephas Street, and West Hamilton Road. Seized were five grams of cocaine, one gram of heroin, eight grams of marijuana, two grams of the synthetic drug “Molly”, three pills, one gun, and $414 cash.
Madison Precinct detectives charged 13 persons as the result of investigations on Archwood Place, Roosevelt Avenue, North Gallatin Pike, One Mile Parkway, East Campbell Road, and Berwick Trail. Seized were one gram of cocaine, 17 grams of marijuana, and 61 pills.
East Precinct detectives charged 14 persons as the result of investigations on Dickerson Pike, Trinity Lane, Gallatin Pike, Cahal Avenue, and Brick Church Pike. Seized were .5 gram of methamphetamine, 1.6 grams of heroin, ten pills, and $655 cash.
Central Precinct detectives charged 9 persons as the result of investigations at Fairfield Avenue, Lafayette Street, Drexel Street, Ewing Avenue, and 7th Avenue South. Two grams of marijuana were seized.
