New MNPS enrollment center to open at Global Mall

Metro Schools is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new, 4,600-square-foot enrollment center in the Global Mall at the Crossings on Friday. The ribbon cutting will be held at 10 a.m.

Centrally located in a convenient location in Southeast Nashville, the new center is a larger replacement for the enrollment centers that were housed at Antioch and Cane Ridge High Schools.

The district’s enrollment centers offer families year-round registration services. The new enrollment center in the Global Mall will also feature English Learner (EL) assessment and registration services on site, whereas students needing EL services previously had to be assessed and registered at the district’s main office.

Mayor Megan Barry and other local and school officials will be on hand for the ribbon cutting, which will be held at the entrance of the former Macy’s.
