EHCS to launch $4 million ‘Eagle Rising’ initiative

On June 23, 2016, Ezell-Harding Christian School will formally launch Eagle Rising, an initiative to improve the campus and facilities and to enhance the learning experience and its community impact.

Eagle Rising is a $4,000,000 comprehensive campus improvement campaign facilitated by a committee appointed by the Ezell-Harding board of directors in partnership with Christian Financial Resources (CFR), an investment group who specializes in churches and schools.

Phase I of this initiative is tentatively slated to be completed during the summer and early fall and will see improvements to each educational building and the exterior grounds of the campus including the elementary playground and campus-wide landscape.

A kick-off event is being held at the Ezell-Harding Bell Road campus in Antioch at 10:30 AM on June 23rd. The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes and will take place at the flag pole in the center of the campus. The Ezell-Harding Board of Directors and the Eagle Rising committee have invited city and community leaders and Antioch neighbors to the campus to celebrate this next chapter in the school’s history.

Eagle Rising Committee chairperson Vonda McGill says, “We believe strongly in our mission and that Eagle Rising will help us continue to make a difference and bless the children and families of our community.”
