Local detectives were hard at work last week, conducting their weekly undercover roundup. The two precincts that split coverage of Antioch were responsible for 26 arrests out of 107 arrests, mostly drugs and prostitution, Metro-wide.
The South precinct arrested 10 and seized .6 gram of cocaine, a gram of heroin, 17 grams of marijuana, and 2.5 pills. The Hermitage Precinct charged 16 people and seized nine grams of cocaine, 1.3 pounds of marijuana, three grams of heroin, 13.1 grams of methamphetamine, 105 pills, four vehicles, three guns and $1,785 cash.
Investigations focused on Murfreesboro Pike, Parris Avenue, Second Avenue South, Lafayette Street, Largo Drive, Elm Hill Pike, Shauna Drive, Saxon Mist Drive, Tulip Grove Road, Old Hickory Boulevard, and Donelson Pike.

Midtown Hills Precinct detectives charged 11 persons as the result of investigations on Glenn Avenue, Veritas Street, Graybar Lane, Trousdale Lane, Old Hickory Boulevard, Nolensville Pike, Edmondson Pike, and Sidco Drive. Seized were .1 gram of heroin, .1 gram of cocaine, and 15 grams of marijuana.
West Precinct detectives charged 9 persons as the result of investigations on Westboro Drive, White Bridge Road, and Charlotte Pike. Seized were 125 pills and 31 grams of marijuana.
North Precinct detectives charged 12 persons as the result of investigations on Clarksville Pike, Kings Lane, Buena Vista Pike, Ewing Drive, Knight Drive, and Brick Church Pike. Seized were .7 gram of heroin, 16.9 grams of cocaine, 38 grams of marijuana, and two handguns.
Madison Precinct detectives charged 13 persons as the result of investigations on Gallatin Pike, Rivergate Parkway, Harrington Avenue, Spring Branch Road, and Dickerson Pike. Seized were 1.5 grams of heroin, one gram of cocaine, one vehicle, and $55,498 cash.
East Precinct detectives charged 12 persons as the result of investigations on Dickerson Pike, Trinity Lane, Gallatin Road, Douglas Avenue, and Delmas Avenue. Seized were .4 gram of cocaine, 100 grams of marijuana, one gram of heroin, and 25 pills.
Central Precinct detectives charged 24 persons as the result of investigations on Lafayette Street, Middleton Street, Lea Avenue, Hermitage Avenue, and Peabody Street. Seized were 1.5 grams of heroin, three grams of marijuana, and two Suboxone strips.
