Undercover detectives were hard at work throughout Nashville last week.
Detectives from the two precincts that cover Antioch, South and Hermitage, charged 39 people with various crimes.
They also seized 3.2 grams of heroin, over a pound of marijuana, methamphetamine, 198 pills and more than $4,000 in cash.
Investigations focused on Murfreesboro Pike, Becklea Drive, Harding Place, Fairlane Drive, Moss Road, Bell Road, Smith Springs Road, Andrew Jackson Parkway, Lebanon Pike, Pleasant View Drive, Ned Shelton Road, and Stewarts Ferry Pike.
Elsewhere in Nashville:
Midtown Hills Precinct detectives charged 11 persons as the result of investigations on Elysian Fields Road, Trousdale Drive, Old Hickory Boulevard, Nolensville Pike, Edmondson Pike, and Franklin Pike. Seized were 71 grams of marijuana, 1.4 grams of cocaine, .5 gram of MDMA, 1 gram of heroin, and 193 pills.
West Precinct detectives charged 9 persons as the result of investigations on White Bridge Road, Charlotte Pike, Alabama Avenue, and Edsel Drive. Seized were 3,207 pills, two grams of marijuana, and ten guns.
North Precinct detectives charged 16 persons as the result of investigations on West Trinity Lane, Monroe Street, 28th Avenue North, Jefferson Street, Kings Lane, and Brick Church Pike. Seized were 46.5 grams of heroin, .3 gram of cocaine, 10.9 grams of marijuana, one handgun, one vehicle, and $901 cash.
Madison Precinct detectives charged 8 persons as the result of investigations on Harrington Avenue, Harris Street, South Gallatin Pike, Denson Avenue, and Scalf Drive. Seized were one pound of marijuana, 24.5 grams of cocaine, 5.5 grams of heroin, 25 pills, one rifle, and $2,427 cash.
East Precinct detectives charged 12 persons as the result of investigations on Dickerson Pike, Trinity Lane, Gallatin Avenue, Briley Parkway, South 5th Street, Woodland Street, Litton Avenue, and Douglas Avenue. Seized were .4 gram of cocaine, 7.1 grams of marijuana, 5 grams of heroin, and two handguns.
Central Precinct detectives charged 12 persons as the result of investigations on Lafayette Street, Church Street, 2nd Avenue North, and 3rd Avenue North. Seized were approximately 4 grams of marijuana and 11 pills.
