Last week, there was some heavy equipment at Ezell-Harding Christian School as concrete was being poured on the playground as part of the $4 million Eagle Rising project at the school.
Elementary school students had the opportunity to learn about concrete and how it is poured while the work was being conducted.
The concrete is part of a walking/bike path that will be incorporated into the playground.
Eagle Rising is a major upgrade in the look of the school that includes a renovated middle school gym, upgraded playgrounds, coverings for outdoor common areas, and much more.
