Ravens finish perfect, head to playoffs

The Cane Ridge Ravens finished a perfect season Friday, downing Gallatin 54-28. This takes the Ravens to 10-0 on the season and 7-0 in District play.

This marks the first undefeated season in the school’s history and they finish the regular season ranked 8th in the state. They head into the playoffs with the expectation of going deep.

During the game, Gallatin committed seven turnovers, and Cane Ridge converted six of those to touchdowns. Ravens Jordan Bell and Emari Barton had 254 yard rushing and five touchdowns between the two of them.

The Ravens will host Summit High School (7-3) of Spring Hill this Friday night in an opening round playoff game.

Tickets will be available at the gate, though prices have not been announced yet.
