The Fairgrounds Executive Director Laura Schloesser announced today that The Fairgrounds Nashville has entered into an agreement with Festival Pro, LLC to bring a world-class Chinese lantern festival to The Fairgrounds Nashville.
Nashville is the first Mid-South city to schedule the unequalled China Lights, a festival featuring brilliantly lit large-scale lanterns along with Chinese folk-culture activities, cuisine, and entertainment.
Opening May 12, the festival’s four-week run will feature over 30 grand displays that will illuminate nine acres of The Fairgrounds Nashville. Complete details will be presented at a press conference scheduled for April 8.
