Ezell-Harding names new high school principal

Ezell-Harding Christian School is excited to announce the appointment of Rachel Goode as the new Upper School Principal.

Mrs. Goode holds a Masters of Educational Leadership and Bachelor of Arts from Lipscomb University. Mrs. Goode has served seven years as a classroom teacher during which she received National Board Certification.

After advancing into leadership, she served as an Instructional Specialist at Hunters Lane High School in Metro Nashville Public Schools. In this role, she led teachers in classroom instruction and management and assisted students and families in academic and behavior interventions. She holds a TN Administrative License and has been trained in the TEAM evaluation model.

“Ezell-Harding has a long standing history of exceptional Christian education and I am excited to be a part of this new chapter. I look forward to serving our students and our teachers as we continue to combine high-quality academics with in depth spiritual formation to allow our students to grow and develop into Christ-like young men and women,” said Goode.

Goode is also a graduate of Harding Academy in Memphis where she attended from kindergarten to the 12th grade. She and her husband, Garner, have two children, Harper, age 5, and Mack, age 2.
