A meeting regarding Cane Ridge Elementary School rezoning and the planned Eagle View Elementary School will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 31, in the Cane Ridge Elementary School Gymnasium.
The meeting will last about one hour.
The new school, which is schedule to open in August 2018, will be located in the Ridgeview Community behind the Thornton’s and Waffle House.
Proposed zoning boundaries and updates on construction will be provided at the meeting. Interpreters for Spanish, Arabic, and Amharic will be on hand.
Cane Ridge Elementary School is the largest elementary school in Metro Nashville Public Schools and has been dealing with serious overcrowding.
