The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and our city are mourning the death of Madison Precinct Officer Eric Mumaw, an 18-year veteran who gave his life this morning in service to his community. A memorial service for Officer Mumaw is scheduled for noon Monday at Cornerstone Church, 726 W. Old Hickory Boulevard in Madison. Visitation will precede the service from 9 a.m. to noon.
