Titus Welliver Joins AMCs Dark Winds for Season 4, Plus Days of Our Lives Recasts Chad DiMera
Titus Welliver is set to join the acclaimed AMC drama Dark Winds for its upcoming fourth season, according to a photo he posted on social media. The photo and his caption ("back on the chain…") suggest he will be playing a Season 4 prisoner of some sort.
Welliver is no stranger to TV fans, having starred in the crime drama Bosch on Prime Video for seven seasons until 2021, and its spinoff Bosch: Legacy earlier this year. He also guest-starred in an April episode of CBS’ The Equalizer with an eye towards getting his own spinoff, but it failed to earn a series pick-up. His other TV credits include Deadwood, The Good Wife, and Sons of Anarchy.
In addition to Welliver's casting news, Conner Floyd has joined Peacock’s Days of Our Lives as a recast Chad DiMera. Floyd will first air as Chad in April 2026. Timothy Olyphant, who can next be seen playing a “synth” in FX’s Alien: Earth, has also joined the cast of Peacock’s adaptation of Elin Hilderbrand’s The Five-Star Weekend, alongside previously announced cast members Jennifer Garner, Regina Hall, Chloë Sevigny, Gemma Chan, and D’Arcy Carden.
