Shannon Beador’s Ex-Husband David Drops Restraining Order Against Wife Lesley

Shannon Beador’s ex-husband, David Beador, requested the Orange County Superior Court to drop the restraining order against his estranged wife Lesley Beador.

David was previously granted a temporary restraining order in June. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum alleged that Lesley physically attacked him during an argument.

While David and his lawyer were present at the most recent court date, Lesley was not. After telling the court he was no longer seeking a permanent restraining order, the court dismissed the previous request.

Despite dismissing the restraining order, David still wants to move ahead with the divorce, Us Weekly reports. While David is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Anna Love, he also requested the court enforce their prenuptial agreement. Under the prenup, Lesley would receive $10,000 a month support, but only for half the duration of their marriage.

In his original petition, David asked that Lesley stay 100 yards away from him, his home and his business. Additionally, he requested exclusive use of their Orange County home, while Lesley would remain in their Montana home.

In court documents, David called Lesley a “pathological liar” who would say under oath “literally anything that will benefit her.” He also claims to have been the victim of “countless incidents of domestic violence and abuse.”

He further revealed, “During our argument, Lesley physically attacked me, gouging large chunks of skin out of my arm … Lesley actually shoved her fingers into my mouth … and later developed a self-serving narrative that I unilaterally bit her fingers!”

“Lesley and I have had many ups and downs in our marital relationship,” David explained. He has filed and dismissed multiple petitions for domestic violence restraining orders and divorce.

“In our case, [it’s] not just a cliché that Lesley married me for my money,” he added. “In our case it is a fact. She has made that very clear to me, literally.”

Prior to his marriage to Lesley, David and Shannon were married from 2000 to 2017. They share three daughters. They were also recently spotted together…
