The Resort: Conrad Bora Bora Nui is located on a secluded island in the Bora Bora lagoon, offering exclusive access to the picture-perfect palm-fringed private islet, Motu Tapu. The resort's hilltop spa features open-air treatment rooms with stunning views of the resort and the South Pacific Ocean. The lounge bar, Upa Upa, has glass-panel floors that allow guests to spot fish and various species of sharks while enjoying cocktails.

The Rooms: Conrad Bora Bora Nui offers 114 suites and villas divided into multiple categories, including lagoon view suites, garden villas, beach villas, overwater villas, and the presidential overwater villas. Each type provides unique features such as direct lagoon access, private pools, and stunning views. The overwater villas are described as the "quintessential Bora Bora experience," with a private deck, an infinity pool, and stunning views of the lagoon. The two-story presidential overwater villa offers 3,229 square feet of space, lagoon views, an infinity pool, and a dedicated butler.

Food and Drink: The resort has five restaurants and bars that use local ingredients to showcase the flavors of Polynesia. The Iriatai French restaurant offers fine-dining experiences, while Banyan serves modern seafood and Chinese cuisine. Tamure Beach Grill serves Mediterranean and Polynesian fare in an open-air kitchen. The Tarava Pool Bar and Upa Upa Lounge Bar offer drinks by the pool and cocktails with light bites. One of the coolest dining experiences is having breakfast delivered by canoe and set up on your deck while taking in the view of the endless blue waters.

Activities and Experiences: The resort has an infinity pool with in-water chaise lounges and cabanas, as well as activities with local experts such as learning how to open a coconut or take a ukulele class. Water adventures abound with kayaks, snorkel equipment, paddleboards, jet-skiing, kiteboarding, scuba diving, and outrigger canoe rides available upon request. During my visit, the hotel arranged a snorkeling trip to a nearby site with swimming with sharks and rays.
