Seeing this true survivor 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge, a truly legendary American muscle car, is really something amazing. The owner is a hardcore Pontiac fan and obviously has enjoyed the Ram Air III Judge thoroughly.
This is what a real barn find car looks like.
After all, the classic muscle car looks like it’s been used and loved plenty. The paint is faded in spots, there’s a rather large dent in the front passenger fender, and other clear signs this thing hasn’t just sat in a garage after a full restoration are present.
Even better, as YouTube channel Backyard Barn Finds points out, not only is the GTO Judge a numbers-matching vehicle, it’s not been modified nor restored, making it a real survivor instead of one that really stretches the term in ridiculous ways.
To your average person, this muscle car legend might look like nothing much, or even worse like a bucket of bolts. What they don’t realize is it’s perhaps worth a good six digits. People who understand what these rides are all about shell out big for them, or at least they have in the recent past.

The owner, Martin, also proudly shows off the rest of this collection, explaining he was bit by the Pontiac bug back in the 80s when he was still a bachelor. He has a nice-looking 1970 LeMans Sport that’s all original except for the paint. Parked by that is a partial 1970 Ram Air III GTO with an M21 close-ratio transmission that makes it one of 425 made.
Also in his collection is a fantastic Cardinal Red Pontiac GTO with a four-speed and power steering. The man sure has some nice toys.
