The fashion designer, 51, shared a sweet picture of her alongside her parents, Jackie and Anthony Adams, via Instagram Stories on Sunday, June 29. The post comes just days after Victoria’s former soccer star husband, David, 50, returned from the hospital after undergoing surgery on his wrist. On June 27, the former Spice Girl posted a couple of snapshots to her Instagram Stories of David lying in a hospital bed with his arm in a blue sling. David had surgery to repair issues relating to a soccer-related injury after breaking his wrist in 2003 in a match between England and South Africa.

Just hours later, however, the former pop star assured fans that the Inter Miami CF co-owner was well on the road to recovery and already back in the vegetable patch! She shared a video of David gathering cucumbers and lettuce from their backyard in which she cheekily asked him, "Look, he's overperforming on the cucumber front.”

And with a nod to the news that he has been named for knighthood by King Charles, Victoria captioned the video, "Overperforming on the cucumber front, Sir David!!!"

Brooklyn and Nicola skipped David’s lavish 50th birthday celebrations in London in May amid ongoing rumored tension. A source admitted to PEOPLE around that time that there were "tensions between Brooklyn and Nicola and the family."

Meanwhile, another source told PEOPLE that Brooklyn and Nicola opted out of going to the star-studded event because his brother Romeo Beckham's new girlfriend, DJ Kim Turnbull, 24, would be there. The source says Brooklyn and Turnbull were once linked, which Turnbull subsequently denied.
