On July 2, When the Heart Calls executive producer and star Erin Krakow shared a short but fun video on her Instagram page.

In the caption, Krakow wrote, "We got homesick. 😉" She added, "@wcth_tv is back in action filming Season 13!"

The video showed Krakow, who plays Elizabeth Thornton, walking with Hyland Goodrich (Jack Thornton Jr.), Jaeda Lily Miller (Allie Parks), and Kevin McGarry, who plays Nathan Grant. McGarry commented on the post with a line from Eminem's "Without Me," writing, "Guess who's back.....back again!"
