‘70s Music Star, 74, Glows up After Hard Times: ‘Handsome No Matter What Age'

‘70s Music Star, 74, Glows up After Hard Times: ‘Handsome No Matter What Age' originally appeared on Parade.
Harry Wayne Casey, aka “KC” of KC & the Sunshine Band, is looking happy and healthier—much to the delight of the iconic ’70s band’s legions of fans. Now 74 and currently on tour, Casey has been spotted looking energized and rejuvenated, and fans were quick to take note.
The singer-songwriter has been open about his struggles with weight following a 1981 car accident that left him partially paralyzed for six months, as well as weight gain after quitting smoking. But if Casey’s recent glow-up is any indication, the famed frontman is putting hard times behind him and enjoying (another) comeback with the band’s 2025 tour.

Casey looks trim, fit, and full of life. Fans quickly rushed to the comment section to celebrate the singer’s transformation.
