Olivia Rodrigo truly takes mental health seriously.

The 22-year-old pop star's guitarist Daisy Spencer opened up about working with the "Vampire" singer during the Guts World Tour over the past year on the Stage Left podcast. She even revealed that Rodrigo even provided the band and crew free access to mental health services while on tour.

Spencer explained that she initially did not go to therapy because it was inaccessible for her before tour, but working on the Guts tour changed that.

"Olivia and our tour manager, Marty Hom, made accessible and free therapy for all of the touring personnel,” she said. "I have never had anything like that. [It] reignited the importance of therapy to me because I had just kind of fallen off for so long, and then suddenly I had this free resource of incredible therapists, and I utilized the crap out of that."

Spencer explained that she would go to therapy "once a week" or "every other week, whenever I could" and added that she was even able to go to her therapist even between tour because "we still had access to this resource.”

“Honestly, that was one of the coolest things that has ever happened on tour,” she continued. "One of the best things you can give to people is accessible free therapy, because it can get kind of expensive.”

Fans were quick to praise Rodrigo for her actions and called them "thoughtful and genuine" on X (formerly known as Twitter). Another fan added "She always goes above and beyond for what’s right."

Spencer also praised the "Get Him Back" singer for providing access to mental health services and called her "the dreamiest boss of all time.”

"I feel like she just has handled the upward trajectory of her career in the most amazing way that most human beings wouldn’t be able to do,” Spencer said. "She’s done it so gracefully, and so effortlessly.”

Rodrigo previously opened up about how her sudden rise to fame affected her own mental health in an interview with Vogue Singapore back in 2021 and said "I’m taking it one step at a time."

"It can be really tough on your mental health, though," she continued. "I’m grateful for the people who like me for me, and keep me separated from all the noise and tabloids or what people are saying about me on social media. That’s always been a top priority."
