Lazy rivers, water slides and more: Our guide to city water parks in El Paso

Summer is officially here, and while kids have been out of school for a couple of weeks, they might be eager to go swimming, especially as the weather warms.
The city of El Paso offers a handful of themed water parks across the Sun City, where you can relax in lazy rivers, entertain the kids with swirling slides, and enjoy tasty concessions. When you want to take a break from the water, bask in the desert sun while on lounge chairs or cool off inside rentable cabanas.

The four water parks are Camp Cohen, Chapoteo, Lost Kingdom and Oasis, located in Northeast, Lower Valley, Central and East El Paso. Tickets for all parks begin at $15 for general admission, depending on age and day (children under 2 are admitted free of charge). Alternatively, a season pass is available for $49-$99.
