Netflix seeking to partner with Spotify on live TV projects, WSJ reports

Investing.com -- Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) has engaged in discussions with Spotify (NYSE:SPOT) about potential collaborations on live TV projects, including music award shows and concert series, according to a Wall Street Journal report on Wednesday.
The streaming platform has also explored the possibility of creating celebrity interviews and shorter-turnaround documentaries as part of its expanding live programming strategy.
Netflix has been actively expanding its live content offerings in recent years to grow advertising revenue, diversify its content library, and attract new subscribers.
