World of Warcraft fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of Mists of Pandaria Classic, and now, Blizzard has revealed more details about the first month of the expansion. The Mogu'shan Vaults raid will arrive at the end of July, and starting from July 1, players will be able to test out the revamped talent system and start playing as the Monk class. The Mists of Pandaria Classic expansion will raise the level cap from 85 to 90 and increase the number of available classes to 11 with the arrival of the Monk. As masters of martial arts, the Monk can fulfill the roles of Tank, Healer, or Melee DPS in group content. Their main armor type is leather, but their transmogrification armor sets draw inspiration from Eastern cultures in the real world. Along with the Monk, World of Warcraft Classic's first neutral race, the Pandaren, will be available for Alliance and Horde players to choose from. Completing the Pandaren starting experience will reward retail WoW players with Shaohao's Sage Serpent mount to use as a Skyriding mount. The launch of Mists of Pandaria Classic's next expansion will stretch beyond the first few weeks of July. According to Blizzard, the pre-patch will go live on July 1 and include the pet battle system and the Theramore's Fall scenario. Players can set sail for the continent of Pandaria on July 21 and begin their journeys through zones like the Jade Forest and the Valley of the Four Winds. However, WoW players will have just 10 days to reach level 90 before the expansion's first raid, the Mogu'shan Vaults, opens its doors on July 31 at 6:00 PM Eastern. The Mogu'shan Vaults is a six-boss raid that groups of 10 or 25 players can challenge on Normal and Heroic difficulties. It is a place fraught with secrets from the fallen Mogu Empire. Other raids such as Heart of Fear and Terrace of Endless Spring will arrive at later dates. In addition, World of Warcraft will join other industry giants in attending the annual Gamescom video game trade show in Cologne, Germany later this summer. This will be a great opportunity for fans to get a closer look at the upcoming expansion and its features. For those looking to get caught up for Mists of Pandaria Classic, there is a 50% boost to experience points until July 1. Only time will tell how many WoW players will jump back in for this revisit to Pandaria.
