AdelFi Credit Union has deployed Alkami Technology’s digital banking platform to improve the digital experience for both retail and business members.
The integration of Alkami's services allows AdelFi to offer a “secure” banking experience, aligning with its goal of engaging members in a seamless digital environment, stated the tech vendor.
The deployment encompasses Alkami's “Digital Banking, Data & Marketing Solution”, along with “advanced” automated clearing house (ACH) functionalities, creating a unified platform with user-friendly design.
Additionally, the solution provides actionable insights that facilitate more targeted member engagement.
AdelFi chief information officer and chief technology senior vice president Chuck Kelly said: “Alkami’s Platform resonates with our strategic vision, emphasising ongoing enhancements and enriched features for our members.
“Their commitment to seamless, data-driven user experiences, combined with a flexible user interface, aligns perfectly with our priorities.”
By utilising these resources, the credit union aims to better anticipate its members’ financial requirements, enhance member relationships, and provide tailored experiences, highlighted Alkami.
