A new update for Elden Ring Nightreign is now live on all platforms, and while it's a small one, it addresses some frustrating bugs concerning the Everdark Sovereign Sentient Pest fight. The roguelike action RPG has been a hit since its release in late May, and the game's developers continue to add polish and content to Elden Ring Nightreign, ensuring that the experience is kept fresh and enjoyable for players going forward.
Revealed during The Game Awards 2024 and serving as a spin-off of Elden Ring, Elden Ring Nightreign tasks teams of three players with exploring the world of Limveld and defeating a powerful boss over three in-game days. The title sold two million copies on its first day and recently saw a huge player count spike on Steam, as Elden Ring Nightreign now features Everdark Sovereign boss encounters, which are more powerful versions of past bosses. To unlock these enemies, players must first defeat their normal difficulty counterparts, and Everdark Sovereigns rotate in pairs each Wednesday to keep things fresh. Now, FromSoftware is addressing a frustrating issue with the most recent addition.
