The Natlan era is coming to an end with Version 5.8, and its closing ceremony will be held on the island where Natlan's war with the Abyss first began – now repurposed into a summer resort. Genshin Impact will feature its first permanent Summer Event zone in Version 5.8, but it will also feature a separate storyline that delves into the mysteries of the Mare Jivari.
Furthermore, Ineffa is set to be a major highlight of Version 5.8. Not only will she be the game's first Nod-Krai character, but the update will also feature her Story Quest and a Prologue for the upcoming region.
